About The Founder
Deepali is a mother and a lifelong changemaker who believes that children must learn the power of action early on — not only to navigate a fast-changing world, but to grow up with a deep awareness of inequality and social challenges around them.
She knows from experience that while many parents want to raise empathetic and responsible children, there are few structured ways to expose kids meaningfully to the real world. Drawing on over a decade of work in the development sector with leading social impact organizations, Deepali created Ripple Squad to fill this gap.
Ripple Squad is her way of giving every child — a chance to move from awareness to action, and from privilege to purpose.
